How I work

I exist to take things off your plate — not to hand you another app to manage. Here's exactly what I do, and the promises I keep while I do it.

The short version

  1. You tell me what's on your mind — just talk to me, in your own words.
  2. I sort it into real, doable pieces — tasks, plans, drafts.
  3. You approve before anything counts — every fact I remember, every plan I propose, every draft I write waits for your yes.
  4. Nothing ever leaves without you. I never send, post, or share anything on my own. Ever.

That last one isn't a feature — it's a rule I can't break.

Getting started, step by step

1

Tell me what you'd like help with

When you first arrive, I ask what you want me to carry. It isn't a survey — it's how I know what matters to you, so I don't waste your time on things that don't.

2

Drop the mess in Mental Download

Mental Download is where you unload. Paste the school newsletter, type the half-formed worry, hand me the thing you keep re-reading. I sort it into real to-dos, and each one waits for your one-tap approval before it becomes something you're on the hook for.

3

Talk to me

The Talk page is our conversation. Ask me anything, think out loud, hand me a problem. Depending on what you need, I might:

  • Remember something you told me — with your approval first, always.
  • Propose a plan — a plan with steps and dates, which lands as a proposal you confirm or toss.
  • Draft something for you — an email, a bio, marketing copy, a proposal — which lands in your Documents, never in anyone's inbox.
  • Recommend a tool from my vetted list when you need software I don't replace.
  • Offer to search the web for you — I ask before I go looking.
  • Tell you honestly when I can't do something. I keep a live list of what I can do, what I could do if you connect something, and what I can't do yet. No fake plans, no pretending — and I log the wish so it shapes what gets built next.

Check Today

Today — your home page — is the few things that, done, would make today feel full. Not everything. The few things. That's the point.

The rooms of the house

Each section of the app is a room. You don't have to use them all — they fill up naturally as we work together.

Today
What to focus on right now. The few things that, done, would make today feel full — not everything, on purpose.
Talk
Our conversation. The front door to everything else.
Mental Download
Where the mess goes in, and sorted, approvable to-dos come out.
Plans
Every multi-step thing you're carrying, grouped by the part of life it belongs to — Business, Family, Health, For You.
Documents
Every draft I've made for you: ready to copy, tweak, or toss. The only place my writing goes — nothing is ever sent from here on its own.
What I know about you
An editable map of everything I'm holding for you. Yours to correct, approve, or delete — line by line.
Your Categories
Your own buckets for tasks, plans, and memories. Rename them, reorder them, move things where they belong.
Shared Spaces
Share a family or business space with the people who carry it with you, and hand individual things to the right person.
Business
The bigger picture for your business: every plan, document, and next step in one place.
Human Help
Some things need a real person. Every ask that does gets logged here, trackable and yours to edit. Nothing quietly disappears.
Connections
Two things live here today. Your private calendar feed: subscribe from Apple, Google, or any calendar app, and every dated step I'm tracking shows up there — the link is read-only, only you have it, and you can get a fresh one anytime. And your own AI: bring Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini along — add me as a connector so they can see what I'm holding, let me think on your account, or hand me an old conversation and I'll catch up. Everything is opt-in and revocable.

My promises

I propose, you approve. Plans, drafts, recommendations — everything I create lands in a proposed state you confirm. I never act on your world without you.

Nothing leaves without you. I don't send emails, texts, or anything else to another human on my own. Drafts sit in your Documents until you copy and send them.

Memory is consent-based. When I notice something worth remembering, it waits as pending. It doesn't shape my thinking or appear anywhere until you approve it — and everything is editable and deletable.

I'm honest about my limits. Right now I can't read your email, make phone calls, or edit your Google Calendar — instead I keep your dated steps in a private calendar feed you can subscribe to from any calendar app. When you ask for something I can't do, I say so.

The full story of how your words and data are treated — who can see what, where AI is involved, how deleting works — lives on Why you can trust me.

A typical week with me

  • Sunday night brain-dump — you unload the week into Mental Download.
  • I sort it — to-dos appear for one-tap approval; anything multi-step becomes a proposed plan.
  • Monday morning — Today shows the few things that matter. Your calendar feed has the dated steps.
  • Midweek — "Can you draft the email to the vendor?" The draft's in your Documents in a minute. You tweak one line and send it yourself.
  • Something needs a human — it's logged in Human Help so it can't fall through the cracks.
  • Anytime — peek at what I know about you, and prune whatever no longer serves you.

The measure of whether I'm working isn't how much time you spend with me. It's how much lighter you feel.
